For a normal capacity popular steamed bun production line, the complete production line include Horizontal dough kneading machine, Dough pressing machine, Vegetable stuffing cutting machine, Meat grinder machine, Stuffing mixing machine, Steamed bun making machine, Steaming cabinet etc.
- Step 1: horizontal dough kneading machine mixing the dough;
- Step 2: dough pressing machine to press the dough to flat and squeeze out the air inside the dough;
- Step 3: Vegetable stuffing cutting machine cut the vegetables into stuffing;
- Step 4: the meat is made to stuffing by meat grinder machine ;
- Step 5: mix the vegetable stuffing and meat stuffing together by the stuffing mixing machine;
- Step 6: put the dough into the dough hopper of the steamed bun machine, and put the stuffing into the stuffing hopper of the steamed bun machine, then the beautiful steamed bun will come out, by chaning mould can get different design;
- Step 7: Use the steaming cabinet to cook the steamed bun.
