Introduction:
Commercial bread bakery ovens is widely used in food industry plant because of its large baking capacity. Suit for baking such as the hamburger, loaf bread, toast, baguette, french bread, cakes, cookies, snacks, biscuits, meat, and all kinds of the nuts.
The rotary rack oven have electric,gas and diesel type, or custom double heating system, like electric & gas, or electric & diesel.

Features:
1.the front material of the oven is stainless steel 304;the other side material is stainless steel201. the thickness is 1.2mm
2.the oven can use various size of tray,the tray size can be 400*600mm, 460*660mm, 460*720mm etc.
3.with slow wind and fast wind,can set the wind as your needs
4.can automatic operate when close the door;can automatic adjustment in place when open the door
5.the thickness of the insulation layer is more than 150mm
6.the air outlet with adjustment system,thickened design ensure that the air outlet does not deform
7.The combustion exchanger is made of open-die forging and the heat exchanger is welded with seamless stainless steel tubes.
8.the burner is Olympia,which is imported from Japan.
9.the temperature controller is CAHO.
10.the AC contactor,thermal relay and intermediate relay all adopt France Schneider.
11.Imported exhaust blower,can open the exhaust blower automatically.
12.with timing alarm function,Lighting control system and malfunction detection system.can detect the abnormal condition for the oven quickly.
