For a normal capacity popular cookie production line, the complete production line include Planetary mixer, Bowl lifter and tilter, Cookie depositor, Cookie pan, Baking trolley, Rotary oven, etc.
- Step 1: planetary mixer, capacity different from 10-80L etc;
- Step 2: bowl lifter and tilter, raise the bowl up and tilt the mateiral into the hopper of the cookie depositor ( this machine is needed when the bowl capacity is big like 80L);
- Step 3: cookie depositor,with squeeze/ twist/ strap/ wire cut etc mode to get different cookie design shape;
- Step 4: put cookie pans on the trolley until the trolley is full;
- Step 5: push the trolley into rotary oven for baking.
