Introduction:
Proofer is an electrothermal product designed according to the principle and requirement of bread fermentation. It uses electric heat pipe to heat the water of the water pan in the box through temperature control circuit to produce the most suitable fermentation environment with relative humidity of 80-85% and temperature of 35-40 degrees centigrade. It helps to shape conveniently and use safely and reliably. It is an indispensable supporting equipment for improving the quality of bread production.

Features:
