For a normal capacity popular baguette production line, the complete production line include Spiral dough mixer, Hydraulic dough divider, Baguette moulder, Baguette Trays, Baking trolley, Fermentation room, Rotary oven, Baguette slicer etc.
- Step 1: spiral dough mixer, capacity different from 25-125kg etc;
- Step 2: hydraulic dough divider, cutting range from 135-800g etc;
- Step 3: baguette moulder rolling and twisting various length bread rolls in good shap;
- Step 4: put on raw dough baguette on baguette pan;
- Step 5: put baguette trays on trolley until the trolley is full;
- Step 6: push the trolley into fermentation room for bread fermenation;
- Step 7: after finish the fermentation, push the trolley full of baguette into the rotary oven for baking;
- Step 8: after baking,you can choose use the baguette cutter to cut into slice. ( The baguette cutting is not must necessary, this step optional as your request).
