For a normal capacity popular baguette production line, the complete production line include Spiral dough mixer,   Hydraulic dough divider, Baguette moulder,  Baguette Trays, Baking trolley, Fermentation room, Rotary oven, Baguette slicer etc.

  1. Step 1: spiral dough mixer, capacity different from 25-125kg etc;
  2. Step 2: hydraulic dough divider, cutting range from 135-800g etc;
  3. Step 3: baguette moulder rolling and twisting various length bread rolls in good shap;
  4. Step 4: put on raw dough baguette on baguette pan;
  5. Step 5: put baguette trays on trolley until the trolley is full;
  6. Step 6: push the trolley into fermentation room for  bread fermenation;
  7. Step 7: after finish the fermentation, push the trolley full of baguette into the rotary oven for baking;
  8. Step 8: after baking,you  can choose use the baguette cutter to cut into slice. ( The baguette cutting is  not must  necessary, this step optional as your request).
