For a normal capacity popular croissant production line, the complete production line include Spiral dough mixer,  Dough sheeter, Croissant cutting machine,  Croissant rolling machine,  Baking trays, Baking trolley, Fermentation room, Rotary oven etc.

  1. Step 1: spiral dough mixer, capacity different from 25-125kg etc;
  2. Step 2: dough sheeter, making the dough multilayer  by adding butter;
  3. Step 3: croissant cutting machine cut dough into into triangles  shape.( we can custom cutting size as your request)
  4. Step 4: croissant rolling machine roll the triangle to  croissant;
  5. Step 5: put the croissants on baking trays;
  6. Step 6: put trays on trolley until the trolley is full;
  7. Step 7: push the trolley into fermentation room for  bread fermenation;
  8. Step 8: after finish the fermentation, push the trolley full of baguette into the rotary oven for baking.

Besides, we have full automatic croissant line with   BIG  capacity, and SMALL croissant line with manual cutting blade  etc to meet your different demand.
