The self-tipping mixer is with a safe, strong and reliable hydraulic lifter. The lifter raises the mixer vertically, and tips it sideways to unload the dough.
There are two lifting heights, a lower lift for unloading onto a workbench, and a higher lift for unloading into a hopper. Each can be configured to tip either to the left, or to the right.
The lifting mechanism is designed for safety first. The lifter panel has control buttons that are “hold-to-run”, and releasing them stops the lift right away. It includes a button that rotates the bowl after tipping, to facilitate a complete emptying of the bowl.
The traditional doughmixer need manual work to pull the dough out from the dough bowl. While the self-tipping dough mixer can pour the dough out directly.
Compared with the traditonal stand spiral dough mixer, the self-tipping mixer is more convenient and is becoming more and more popular among the modern bakeries.
