For bakery mixing creaming butter and sugar, we recommend use commercial standing mixer, it comes with 3 attachments for mixing different material. They are a flat beater named paddle, a balloon type whisk and a durable dough hook.
The paddle is usually used to mix thin panada,taro and potato mud etc, the balloon type whisk used to mix butter, cake dough and fresh cream, and the durable dough hook is used to mixer dough.
How to use the 3 attachments on the planetary mixer, right operating ways good for machine service life.
- Mixing heavy bread dough (water content around 40%-50%) or other high viscosity food materials, suggest set the planetary mixer at LOW SPEED.
- When mixing thin panada, taro and potato mud with the paddle, suggest set the planetary mixer at MIDDLE SPEED.
- Mixing butter cake dough, fresh cream, butter, liquid food, eggs, suggest set planetary mixer at HIGH SPEED.
Note: STOP the machine to change speed. DO NOT mix dough at middle or high speed.
